Talent Acquisition Specialist


  • Develop strong and effective partnerships with hiring managers and relevant vendors
  • Manage E2E hiring process (single recruitment function)
  • Search and deliver highly qualified candidates against open positions
  • Assess candidate qualifications and personality to match position requirements and the company culture
  • Support new employee on-boarding process
  • This role is a replacement for maternity leave for about 9 months with an option to extend.


  • At least 2 years of experience leading E2E hiring processes in hi-tech / recruitment companies
  • Proven sourcing skills and experience with recruiting databases and social media platforms (such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow, GitHub, and more)
  • Good technological understanding (most of the recruits will be engineers)
  •  A proven experience with in-depth behavioral interviews


· Willing to commute to Park Ha’Mada Rehovot (accessible by train)
